Man... you are my idol. For ages I've been trying to learn proper animation and when see people like you, it gives me a boost of motivation. Your animation preview was really mind blowing for me, because I know how hard it is to animate frame-by-frame. As a classical animator like yourself, where would you suggest a good starting point for someone with little ground on animation, like me, who wants to animate like you? (I animate in Adobe Flash CS3)

Well best place to learn animation would be just going to an animation college. But if that's not possible for you then definbatly get Richard Williams Animator's survival kit and go from there, no matter what technique you use his book is really really good! Good luck!
